Picture Day

We had picture perfect weather for Picture Day and all of our Gators looked great! Thank you to our Picture Day chair, Nicole Daloia, and all of our parent volunteers for making sure everyone was camera-ready!

Music on the Menu

 The ever-popular Music on the Menu was back this week with singer-songwriter-guitarist, Nick Depuy! Thanks to our Educational Enrichment co-VP's for bringing live music to our students during their lunchtime.

Parents Night Out

Delicious food and drinks, plus good company always equals a good time! We hope you all enjoyed Parents Night Out as much as we did! 

UPCOMING EVENTS
Attention All Pizza Lovers!

Mark your calendars and place your orders on Friday, October 7 to participate in Glenville’s pizza making tradition! We are once again partnering with Bella Nonna, who will donate a portion of each order back to our school. This is always a hit with our gators! 

Open House

Glenville Open House is scheduled for Thursday, October 13. This is a great opportunity to meet your child's teacher and learn what is happening in the classroom this year! The schedule will be as follows:

5:30-6:30 5th Grade ALP ONLY

6:00-6:30 Kindergarten, 2nd and 4th grades homerooms

Specialists and Special Education providers for 1st, 3rd and 5th 

6:10-6:30 3rd Grade ALP ONLY

6:30-7:00 1st, 3rd and 5th grades homerooms

Specialists and Special Education providers for K, 2nd and 4th

6:40-7:00 4th Grade ALP ONLY

FUNDRAISER IN MEMORY OF JULIAN MCRANDAL
Helping Others While Remembering Julian McRandal's Fighting Spirit!

The Greenwich Knights of Columbus are holding their Annual Halloween Fundraiser with all proceeds this year donated to Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center- Pediatrics in memory of Julian McRandal.  Please come out and continue to celebrate the life of Julian and help others to battle cancer!

Donut Sale!
Greenwich Library Opening Night

OPENING NIGHT at Greenwich Library will feature a performance by the Martha Graham Dance Company (MGDC) in the newly renovated Berkley Theater on Friday, October 14 th.  A celebratory  party in the Library’s Reading Room will follow the performance, attended by dancers from the Company. 

Funds from this inaugural event will be used to support the upcoming season of Center Stage programs, including two public MGDC performances on October 15th, plus a yearlong array of extraordinary cultural and educational experiences in the Berkley Theater.  Center Stage programs are free and accessible to all members of the Greenwich Community.

Abilis Walk/Run

When: Sunday, October 16 (Registration opens at 7:30 am)

Where: Greenwich Point Park (Tod’s Point) in the Clambake Area

Abilis, a leader in serving the disability community in lower Fairfield County, provides services and supports for more than 800 individuals with disabilities and their families. Funds raised from the 17th annual Walk/Run for Abilis will support all of Abilis’ programs and services.
